Graham Agency is committed to making our website, and the digital products we design and build, usable by as many people as possible, including people with disability. We see accessibility as part of good design, not an afterthought.

Our Standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the widely recognised standard for accessible websites and applications. This covers areas such as:

  • Readable text with sufficient colour contrast
  • Keyboard navigation and visible focus states
  • Descriptive alt text for meaningful images
  • Clear, consistent navigation and page structure
  • Compatibility with screen readers and other assistive technology

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-off checklist. As we build new pages and features, we test and refine them with accessibility in mind, and we review existing pages over time to identify and fix issues.

Despite our best efforts, some parts of this site may not yet be fully accessible. If you encounter a barrier, we want to know about it so we can address it.

Accessibility in Our Client Work

We design and develop websites, eCommerce stores and applications with accessibility as a core consideration from the outset — not something bolted on at the end. This includes semantic markup, considered colour and typography choices, and testing with keyboard and screen-reader navigation throughout the build process.
